Valle Verde del Norte Water Cooperative is a community-owned water utility serving the VVDN subdivision. Volunteer-led, ADEQ-regulated, and dedicated to safe, reliable water.
VVDN is not an HOA โ it's a member-owned water cooperative. Every homeowner in the subdivision is automatically a cooperative member, sharing ownership of the well, infrastructure, and responsibility for clean water.
The cooperative is governed by a volunteer board of residents who are elected each November at the annual membership meeting. We operate under the oversight of the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) to ensure water safety standards are always met.
Our cooperative delivers more than water โ it provides transparency, safety, and community accountability.
Our well feeds all homes in the subdivision. Every residence is equipped with a Point-of-Use arsenic filter system, mandated and monitored by the ADEQ to meet Arizona safety standards.
A volunteer board of elected homeowners manages all cooperative operations. Annual meetings each November keep every member informed and give them a voice in decisions that affect the community.
We publish an annual Consumer Confidence Report (typically in June) documenting water quality test results. All operations meet ADEQ requirements and are independently certified each year.
When you close on a property in VVDN, you automatically become a cooperative member. Learn what that means for you on our Homeowners page.
